The billing page appears to need payment in full. Do I have to pay in full? 

No, you don’t have to pay in full right away. The billing page shows the total amount due, but from the Payment Options menu, simply choose "Pay in Installments" to continue. This allows you to register without full payment upfront. Once your invoice is created, you’ll be able to choose how and when to pay (credit card, e-transfer, etc.).

Why is the final invoice total much higher than just the class fees?

The full invoice includes the Bingo for Tuition Fees program. For each bingo worked, your balance will decrease by $125. As you complete your bingo shifts throughout the year, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
