Tavria Members Studio Booking & Extra Practice Policy

This policy is in place to ensure dancer safety, appropriate supervision, and compliance with studio insurance and liability requirements.

All studio time must be requested using the official booking form below.

Requests made by email or text message will not be accepted.

• Booking requests must be submitted at least five (5) days in advance.

• Requests submitted on Thursdays may not be reviewed until the following Monday.

• Requests are reviewed in batches on weekday evenings; approval may take 3–4 days or until closer to the date if it is a future booking.

• A time that appears available may already be requested by another group.

Studio time is not authorized or reserved until written confirmation is received.
If no confirmation is received, the booking is not approved.

Use of the studio without written confirmation is considered unauthorized use.

• Instructors receive priority access to studio space.

• Approvals are managed on a week-by-week basis to reduce conflicts.

• As competition season approaches, studio availability becomes limited.

• Limits may be placed on the number of extra practice bookings per dancer or group to ensure fair access.

For insurance and safety reasons, dancers may never be alone in the building.

• A supervising adult or instructor must be present at all times during studio use.

• The supervising adult must remain on-site for the entire booking.

• Instructors teaching another class cannot serve as the supervising adult.

• Apprentices may supervise dancers they apprentice with, but may not supervise their own group or peers.

Failure to meet supervision requirements may result in immediate cancellation of studio access.
